I'm getting commission already! So I'm relying on myself now. Damn shitass I swear.

There's a company rule like this: if I say hello to the customer first, he's mine.

Its like I picked that customer up. Then I ask my senior colleagues for help, like a qns.
Then my colleague will continue talking and introduce the customers more things. And I don't get a chance to speak. Then so far my colleagues have been keying my staff code in.(don't know about the future)

After that when the customer's done, Then my superior told me " by right should have been hers"
I mean what am I supposed to do? Feel bad? Not ask next time if I don't know a single shit? If she did not want to help me I'm ok, I just need a little guidance that's all.

If key in her code, then isn't it called stealing? Helping is helping, stealing is stealing. If she do key in hers, I tell you that everyone is ruthless and selfish there, because they don't give a damn whether I'm adapting well there.

So frustrated, not angry!! I feel bad yet at the same time, since its my customer, shouldn't I be the one doing the most talking?

But so far so good, because my colleagues teaching me the ropes. But I've already seen backstabbing. Scary no?

And permanent full time staff have damn many perks lah! Every 3mths can claim $300 worth of products from the shop. Certain items only. Anyway, I definitely can't cos I'm temporary full time staff. Wtf.

Oh I was thinking of working during my next school holidays also. But they say might be part time. If part time 1hour $5 no commission I confirm just kiao ka one. Like duh!

Anyway, I buay song now. I am gonna get my diploma and degree and then go back there and boss ppl ard instead of being bossed ard like I am now. Lol! Hahaha good idea right?
