sleep paralysis is fucking scary

 Lol. My key posted for me yesterday.I was too busy sleeping that i slept for fugging 11+h. Sleep Paralysis(鬼压床) 1) Irregular sleeping hours: 8pm-4am, 6+-9+am. 2) Sleeping in a supine position 3) Increased Stress(?) 4) A lucid dream that immediately precedes the episode. 4 out of 5 symptoms I can still remember it vividly(kind of forgotten some parts). FYI, its the second time. Felt so real. It happened around this time 1year back too. Here it goes... (Dream) I was in an adventure with many many obstacles. Like what swimming in the sea with my "cousin"... But i don't know where the hell my "cousin" went. But i was saved by xxx(?) and back into my room. (Dream:In room) I saw my comp in front of me. Which was obviously not. Somehow got main door in my room. Then all of a sudden... Dont laugh! :D (Subconscious state) I couldn't speak and move. I tried to scream for my mummy. Only can whisper. Idk wtf i did... Point middle finger at the (ghost)?? Barely la, but i remember its left hand. Then can scream already, but door closed so, i "3,2,1! chiong ah" Chiong into mummy's room. -.- I won't reveal my tests results la. Did badly for almost every paper i received. I'm supposed to be getting a A2.5 for mean score... Based on PSLE. But well, forget it.  School's relaxing for these few days. Played taiti after school at Bin's house. Bin's so suay. Her fengshui not good. I lost 2rounds out of 20-30plus rounds(?) So happy cans, hardly win one. I want the BB cream! ~ NOT fatty lard cream k(inside joke)... It's the best thing ever on earth. It illuminates the skin. Acts as a foundation,sunscreen, makeup base, concealer etc. But i'm not sure which brand to get. HAHA. Mummy paying. :) Missha, Face shop, skinfood, beauty credit. (beauty credit's better than face shop's)...i tried and i think so. heehehehehehe. |
